Due to the nature of digital products, AI-powered services, custom work, consulting, software, website development, automation, SEO services, downloadable products, memberships, subscriptions, and other online services, all sales are final.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after an order has been placed.

One-Time Exchange Policy

Although refunds are not available, we may offer a one-time exchange for another eligible product or service available through a Spider Web Agent-owned website.

Exchange requests must:

Be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase.
Be requested by the original purchaser.
Be exchanged for a product or service of equal or greater value.
Include payment of the difference when the replacement costs more.
Not involve work that has already been substantially completed, delivered, downloaded, accessed, or fully consumed.

Spider Web Agent reserves the right to approve or deny exchange requests at its sole discretion.

Eligible purchases may qualify for a one-time exchange in accordance with this policy.

Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers should contact Spider Web Agent before filing a chargeback or payment dispute so we have an opportunity to review and resolve the matter.

Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension or termination of services, cancellation of accounts, denial of future purchases, and collection of unpaid balances to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights a customer may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
